Symonds Out of the T20 World Cup 2009

Andrew Symonds is out of the T20 World cup 2009. Everyone is saying India will retain the cup. This creates complacency within the Indian team and actually there will be tough competition because of the nature of the game. One bad over by any bowler results in the loss. One good hit during the final overs will make the match more competitive.

Also, everyone thought murali is the final spinner who can demolish the opponents, but srilanka produces excellent spinners every season. It will become very difficult to beat the srilankan team during the final stages of the match.

The other teams which can be considered in form are Newzealand and South Africa. Newzealand has the perfect T20 players like Brendon Mccullam, Ross Taylor

Pakistan who were the runners up last time cannot be discounted, they have the ability to pick up early wickets with their fast bowlers swing action. Since England pitches cannot be considered absolute batting pitch, there are chances the bowler can get swing.

So waiting for surprises and hope India will win against any odds and any surprises.
